As part of our inaugural To-Gather conference, we will be sharing God’s call and the roadmap for us as a church for the next lap of our church’s life. Our guest speaker Ps Henson Lim will also share the importance and power of gathering as God’s people to prepare us for this next phase. We have programmes for all ages , including a special programme for children by the Treasure Box. Let us come together and re-align ourselves to God’s call as a church!
Keeping in line with the spirit of the conference to gather in-person, do note that the conference will be held onsite-only (i.e. no webcast available).
Let us come To-Gather!
about THE SPEAKER
Our invited guest speaker for the conference, Pastor Henson Lim, is certainly no stranger to AMKMC. In addition to guest speaking engagements for AMKMC’s sunday services, he was previously an invited guest speaker for AMKMC’s church camps in 2006 and 2013, and also led a mid-week bible study series on Hebrews.
Pastor Henson Lim received his call to full-time ministry in 2000, where he first served his church as a Ministry Partner. By 2009, he was appointed as Deputy Senior Pastor of Covenant Vision Christian Centre, as well as Dean of the Covenant Vision School of Ministry, having formalised and designed curriculum for the School’s Certificate in Practical Christian Ministry and Diploma programmes.
In 2013, Pastor Henson received fresh instructions from the Lord to relinquish his pastoral position. He subsequently founded Archippus Awakening, a programme dedicated to the awakening of the saints that they may know and fulfil their God-given kingdom assignments, and has since dedicated his time to this initiative.
On the family front, Pastor Henson is married to his wife Serene and they have seven children. The family worships at Full Gospel Assembly Singapore.
You may read Pastor Henson’s full biography in the Archippus Awakening website here.
